We'll gather at Scorpio Villas — located in Malindi, Kenya, a beautiful coastal town on Kenya's north coast. Easy to access and close to key facilities for a smooth convention experience.

Travel Info

Travel Requirements for Kenya 🇰🇪

1. ✈️ Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Apply online at www.etakenya.go.ke. This replaces the old visa system — approval is required before travel.

2. 🛂 Passport

Must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least one blank page for entry stamps.

3. 🎟️ Return / Onward Ticket

Immigration officers may request proof of onward or return travel.

4. 🏨 Accommodation Details

Have your hotel or Airbnb booking ready for arrival forms.

5. 💉 Health Requirements

• Yellow Fever Certificate required if arriving from or transiting through affected countries.
• COVID‑19 vaccination is not mandatory, but check airline rules.
